We will only ever charge debit or credit cards when ready to despatch.

In addition to your statutory rights we will happily refund or exchange (NO EXTRA P& P charge within the UK!) all swimwear returned within 14 days of purchase if unworn and unwashed with all labels in place.

We accept full responsibility for the fulfillment, the quality and the security of your goods until the order is entrusted to Royal Mail. We can normally despatch the same working day when the order is placed before 14.00 GMT/BST as appropriate. We will obtain a receipt for the posting to you in every case. We will despatch your order for you using the Royal Mail service you choose and it is they who issue any actual delivery guarantees we quote. Use of our delivery service is subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions. We have insured delivery services available for you to choose if required for both international and UK deliveries.

Our working day is UK local time 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding Shutdowns and UK public holidays.

To allow new stock to be available, staff holidays, stocktaking and unavoidable interuptions to usual service we suspend our operations from time to time. PRIOR NOTICE OF THESE SHUTDOWNS IS ALWAYS MADE AT THE TOP OF EVERY PAGE ON OUR WEBSITE where an explanation of how orders made during the closedown will be handled. This does not affect any orders made prior to shutdown times. We are usually Shutdown for the whole of the month of August.
